Who Is Behind Howell Heating?
Howell Heating is owned by husband and wife Zack and Sheri Howell, who have run the business together since 2004.
Zack has worked in the HVAC industry since 2001. He learned the trade hands-on alongside experienced HVAC professionals and has kept learning through continuing education and industry training courses. Zack is EPA certified, which federal law requires for anyone handling refrigerants. He's also NATE certified, a national certification that HVAC technicians earn by passing exams on real-world heating and cooling knowledge.
Sheri has run the office side of Howell Heating from the very beginning. She handles marketing, billing, bookkeeping, and the details that keep the business running. When a new install comes with a manufacturer rebate or warranty registration, she's the one making sure the paperwork gets done.
Between the two of them, Howell Heating has stayed small and hands-on, and that's by design. You won't get passed between departments or routed through a call center.
